Job Description – Team Lead

About the Role
As a Team Lead at Fusion CX Belize, you will be responsible for managing a team of agents, monitoring performance, ensuring KPI delivery, and providing coaching to enhance service quality and productivity. You will act as the bridge between frontline teams and operations leadership, promoting accountability and a positive, results-driven culture.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day team operations, ensuring performance targets are met or exceeded.
  • Conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions to drive employee engagement and improvement.
  • Track and analyze key metrics, including quality scores, attendance, and productivity.
  • Support new hire nesting and training transitions by aligning them with operational goals.
  • Address escalations with professionalism and customer-focused solutions.
  • Collaborate with peers and leadership to implement team strategies and process enhancements.
  • Create a supportive and goal-oriented team environment.

Job Requirements – Team Lead

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead position, preferably in a contact center or BPO environment.
  • A strong understanding of performance management and call center metrics is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coach, inspire, and drive team accountability.
  • Bilingual communication skills are a valuable asset for the Team Lead role in Belize.
