About the Role

As a Sr. Executive – Social Media, you will manage day-to-day social media operations while contributing to social media strategy development to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team to optimize content, monitor performance, and ensure consistent, customer-first communication across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and similar channels

• Create, publish, and schedule engaging social media content aligned with brand guidelines

• Moderate user-generated content and respond to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner

• Monitor social media metrics and analyze performance to improve reach, engagement, and overall effectiveness

• Contribute to social media strategy development to increase online presence and customer engagement

• Support the development and execution of social media campaigns in collaboration with marketing teams

• Communicate effectively with users and customers to strengthen online engagement and brand trust

• Develop meaningful content to attract followers and drive traffic to websites or landing pages

• Work closely with the marketing team to optimize content based on performance insights

• Apply problem-solving, organizational, and basic designing skills to support campaign execution

Job Requirements

Education

• Graduation from a recognized university

• Must be from an English medium background

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a social media executive, social media specialist, or similar role

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, their features, and best practices

• Hands-on experience with social media scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and analytics tools

• Ability to interpret social media metrics and adjust campaigns to improve performance

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

• Customer-first mindset with the ability to engage and network with users effectively

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate within a marketing team environment
