About the Role

As a Sr. Executive – Business Analytics, you will work with business data, reports, and analytical information to support informed decision-making. The role requires the ability to examine information carefully, identify trends and exceptions, validate data, and communicate findings in a way that makes them useful to business stakeholders. Within Fusion CX’s Business Analytics function, analytics serves as a bridge between information and action—helping teams understand performance, identify opportunities, and make decisions with greater clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business data and reports to identify trends, patterns, variances, and meaningful insights.
• Collect, organize, and validate information from relevant data sources.
• Prepare and maintain accurate analytical and business reports.
• Review datasets and reports to identify discrepancies, anomalies, and inconsistencies.
• Investigate data variations and provide logical analysis of the underlying factors.
• Consolidate information from multiple sources for reporting and analysis.
• Translate analytical findings into clear and actionable business insights.
• Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and data visualizations.
• Track relevant business performance indicators and identify significant movements or trends.
• Provide analytical inputs that support operational and business decision-making.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and analytical needs.
• Present findings and observations clearly to relevant stakeholders.
• Support recurring and ad-hoc analytical requirements.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and analytical deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and data-analysis processes.

Job Requirements:

Education

• Graduation.

Experience

• Relevant experience in Business Analytics, data analysis, reporting, or a related analytical function.
