About the Role

As a Sr. Customer Service Associate, you will handle incoming customer requests related to telecom services by performing initial triage, resolving order enquiries, and responding to customer interactions via phone, email, and online chat. The role requires calm decision-making, active listening, and the ability to communicate clearly while managing customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial triage of incoming customer requests
  • Resolve customer order questions and service enquiries accurately
  • Communicate with US customers through phone, email, and online chat
  • Listen competently and collect relevant customer order or enquiry information
  • Build rapport with customers and respond in a compassionate and professional manner
  • Remain calm and helpful when handling difficult situations
  • Use computer systems and Microsoft products effectively to support customer interactions
  • Maintain service quality and communication standards during all customer engagements

Job Requirements:

Experience

  • 0–2 years of call center or customer service experience
  • Telecom experience preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong English proficiency with solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent communication ability
  • Comfortable interacting with US customers across multiple communication channels
  • Strong listening and customer engagement skills
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency with effective use of Microsoft products
