You will create realistic business-related prompts, interact with multiple AI chatbots, compare their responses, and provide structured feedback on their clarity, usefulness, and accuracy across real-world small-business use cases.

Role Overview

As a Small Business Owner – AI Evaluator, you will evaluate and compare responses from multiple AI chatbots across practical small-business use cases.

Your work will involve creating realistic prompts based on defined business goals, interacting with AI chatbots, assessing their responses, and submitting structured evaluations and conversation transcripts.

Key Responsibilities

• Create realistic business-related prompts based on defined user goals.
• Interact with multiple AI chatbots, with a maximum of 5 turns per conversation.
• Assess response quality across clarity, usefulness, and accuracy.
• Provide structured feedback and comparative evaluations.
• Submit conversation transcripts and evaluation results.
• Use business-related documents and input files in English as part of the evaluation workflow.
• Evaluate AI responses across practical small-business scenarios including marketing, daily operations, customer management, market intelligence, data analysis, and financial planning.

Job Requirements:

Experience & Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience.
• Business owner or strong understanding of small-business operations.
• Ability to provide business-related documents in English for use during the project.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to follow structured evaluation guidelines.
• Comfortable interacting with AI tools.
• Business type does not matter.

Required Business Experience

Experience or strong understanding in areas such as:

• Marketing Content Creation: Creating or evaluating visual marketing content, including logos, campaigns, flyers, designs, product catalogs, and artwork.
• Daily Operations & Customer Management: Managing workflows, inventory logistics, team schedules, customer interactions, and CRM-related activities.
• Market Intelligence & Ideation: Conducting market research, understanding competitor landscapes and target audiences, developing Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and identifying market opportunities.
• Data Analysis & Financial Planning: Working with budgets, cash flow, bookkeeping, pricing, quotations, profitability, and financial planning.

Portfolio & File Requirements

• Candidates must submit their business portfolio in English.
• Candidates should have business-related documents available in English.
• The role may involve working with spreadsheets, PDFs, images, and other input files.
• Candidates should be comfortable using their own business-related materials where required by the evaluation workflow.

Leave Benefits: This contractual engagement does not include paid medical leave or other paid leave benefits.

Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, with at least 4 hours of PST overlap.
