Job Description – Short-Term Customer Service Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Accept inbound calls from clients to receive purchase orders efficiently.
• Upsell additional products to enhance customer experience and process orders.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on quality and satisfaction.
• Maintain high call quality and professionalism during every interaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 6 months of call center experience required.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Attributes:

• Good command of the English language with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good written communication skills to maintain clear and accurate records.
• Proven ability to upsell products and meet sales targets.
• Positive attitude and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
