About the Role
As a Senior SEO Executive, you will own and execute end-to-end SEO strategies to improve search rankings, traffic quality, and conversions across digital properties. The role requires strong analytical thinking, hands-on technical SEO expertise, and close collaboration with content and marketing teams to deliver measurable organic growth aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-intent, high-volume keywords for organic growth
- Optimize on-page SEO elements, including meta tags, headers, internal linking, content structure, and UX signals
- Plan and execute off-page SEO strategies, including ethical link-building, to improve domain authority
- Perform technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexing, schema markup, site speed, and mobile-first optimization
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
- Track rankings, traffic trends, conversions, and SEO KPIs, and recommend data-driven improvements
- Collaborate with content teams to create and optimize SEO-friendly content aligned with search intent and best practices
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify ranking gaps, content opportunities, and backlink strategies
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports highlighting wins, gaps, trends, and optimization priorities
- Lead and execute SEO strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives

Job Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in SEO with demonstrated organic growth outcomes
- Strong hands-on experience across keyword research, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Proficiency with SEO tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices
- Ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make informed optimization decisions
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple SEO initiatives simultaneously
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for on-page SEO implementation
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and content optimization workflows
Preferred Skills
- Experience with schema markup, site speed optimization, and mobile-first indexing
