About the Role
As a Senior Quality Manager, you will lead Fusion CX’s quality strategy across programs, partnering with cross-functional teams to elevate customer experience standards. Your leadership will directly influence CSAT, compliance, and coaching effectiveness while empowering our QA teams to deliver their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Elevate Quality: Spearhead our quality strategy across all programs to ensure top-tier service.
- Customer Delight: Drive improvements in CSAT, compliance, and our coaching culture, directly impacting customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate closely with Operations, Training, and Clients to achieve shared goals.
- Empower Teams: Mentor and develop our talented QA leads and specialists.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven Expertise: 7 to 8 years of experience in contact center Quality Assurance.
- Data-Driven Decisions: A sharp analytical mind with robust reporting skills.
