Role Summary

Fusion CX is seeking an experienced and business-oriented Senior Manager – Information Security to lead and govern Information Security operations across our global delivery centers. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring security compliance, risk governance, client assurance, audit readiness, and security operations oversight, while aligning business processes with organizational and regulatory security requirements.

This role requires close collaboration with Operations, IT, Legal & Compliance, HR, Admin & Facilities, Clients, and Global Leadership teams to strengthen the overall security posture while enabling business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Information Security Governance

• Lead Information Security governance across all global delivery centers.
• Ensure implementation of and adherence to organizational Information Security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement of security controls aligned with industry standards and client requirements.
• Provide strategic security guidance to business and operational stakeholders.

2. Risk Management & Compliance

• Conduct risk assessments covering processes, applications, infrastructure, and client environments.
• Manage compliance requirements across the following frameworks:
  ◦     DPDPA, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC2
  ◦     Client-specific security requirements
• Track and remediate audit observations, vulnerabilities, and non-conformities.
• Ensure periodic security reviews and control validations are completed within defined timelines.

3. Client & Business Engagement

• Act as the primary Information Security partner for Operations and Client stakeholders.
• Support client audits, RFPs, security questionnaires, and due diligence assessments.
• Participate in client governance calls and provide security assurance updates.
• Enable business expansion while ensuring security and compliance adherence.

4. Security Operations Oversight

• Oversee endpoint security, access management, data protection, network security, and monitoring controls.
• Review security incidents and coordinate with internal teams for timely remediation.
• Ensure compliance for production floor controls, remote working controls, and physical security standards.
• Monitor privileged access governance and exception management.

5. Team Management & Leadership

• Lead and mentor regional Information Security teams across delivery locations.
• Define KRAs, KPIs, and performance goals for team members.
• Build a high-performance, business-enabling security culture within the organization.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities between IT, Operations, Facilities, HR, and Compliance teams.

6. Audit & Regulatory Readiness

• Lead internal and external security audits across all delivery centers.
• Ensure audit readiness is always maintained across all locations.
• Maintain evidence repositories and compliance documentation in a structured manner.
• Drive closure of audit findings within agreed timelines.

7. Security Awareness & Training

• Drive organization-wide security awareness initiatives across all delivery centers.
• Conduct training related to phishing, data privacy, acceptable usage, and client-specific security requirements.
• Promote a culture of proactive security ownership at all levels of the organization.

 Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certifications (Preferred)

• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing Information Security for large delivery centers, BPO, or ITES environments.
• Strong experience handling global client audits and enterprise security governance.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-location, multi-time zone security operations.
