About the Role

As a Senior Manager – Banking Verification Operations, you will lead end-to-end banking verification operations across the East region, ensuring efficient service delivery, workforce productivity, and operational excellence. You will oversee a large multi-level team, including field operations, backend teams, and supervisors, while driving process improvements, operational governance, and performance management. This position requires strong people leadership, regional operational oversight, analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage geographically distributed teams while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage banking verification operations across the East region to ensure efficient service delivery and operational excellence.
• Oversee the performance, productivity, and day-to-day management of approximately 200 employees, including Field Operations Staff (FOS), backend teams, and supervisors.
• Drive operational performance by monitoring service quality, productivity, and process adherence across multiple locations.
• Travel across assigned locations within the East region to supervise operations, review performance, and provide leadership support.
• Collaborate with supervisors and operational leaders to improve team performance and achieve business objectives.
• Monitor operational metrics and prepare performance reports using Microsoft Excel and presentation tools.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, improve workflows, and support informed business decisions.
• Ensure operational processes are executed in accordance with organizational standards and business requirements.
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all managed teams.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support operational planning and workforce management initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, coaching, and leadership development across the operations team.
• Support business growth through effective operational planning, resource management, and performance optimization.

Job Requirements:

Education

• Graduation in any discipline is required.

Experience & Skills

• Strong experience managing large-scale banking verification or operations teams.
• Experience leading teams of approximately 200 employees, including supervisors, field operations, and backend functions.
• Strong understanding of the East India geography and willingness to travel extensively for operational supervision.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and people development skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting, and presentation preparation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
