Job Description:

What you will do as a Senior IT Helpdesk professional in Cebu:

  • Utilizing ticketing systems like Jitbit or similar tools
  • Promptly respond to incoming support requests via Ticketing System, Email, and Teams.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
  • Efficiently maintaining security and compliance.
  • Lead the team in acknowledging and resolving all open tickets.
  • Manage Change, Problem, and Incident Management processes.
  • Implement IT policies and update documentation and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of systems and data.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and application issues.
  • Collaborate with other IT staff on projects such as software implementation or hardware installation.
  • Ensure compliance with PCI DSS 3.2.1 and ISO 27001 standards.
  • Resolve CrowdStrike alerts efficiently.
  • IT Asset Management
    • Track and manage IT assets, including computers, peripherals, and software licenses.
    • Assist with inventory management and procurement processes.

Job Requirements:

What you will need to have to succeed as a Senior IT Helpdesk professional in Cebu:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and network architecture.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in IT operations or a related field.
  • Proficiency in cybersecurity, data management, and disaster recovery.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across departments.
  • Availability to work on-site with a shifting schedule.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
