Role Summary

Own business development and solutioning for Seller Services and Marketplace Operations — covering seller onboarding, catalogue management, fulfilment coordination, returns processing, and marketplace compliance BPO for major retail platforms across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage marketplace platforms, D2C brands, and retail aggregators requiring seller services BPO.
  • Build compelling business cases anchored to seller experience, GMV impact, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with solution architects to design scalable seller services delivery models.
  • Drive pipeline and revenue across seller onboarding, compliance, content ops, and fulfilment support.
  • Build engagement with leading Australian marketplace platforms and digital retail operators across Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities may evolve based on operational requirements for this senior seller operations & marketplace position in Adelaide, Australia.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8–12 years in marketplace operations, eCommerce platforms, or BPO serving digital retail.
  • Deep understanding of seller lifecycle, catalogue ops, and fulfilment ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to influence $5M+ ACV outsourcing engagements.
  • Existing relationships with heads of seller experience, marketplace ops, or digital ops in Australia and New Zealand.
