Role Summary
Own business development and solutioning for Seller Services and Marketplace Operations, covering seller onboarding, catalogue management, fulfilment coordination, returns processing, and marketplace compliance BPO for major retail platforms across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage marketplace platforms, D2C brands, and retail aggregators requiring seller services BPO.
- Build compelling business cases anchored to seller experience, GMV impact, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with solution architects to design scalable seller services delivery models.
- Drive pipeline and revenue across seller onboarding, compliance, content ops, and fulfilment support.
- Build engagement with leading Australian marketplace platforms and digital retail operators across Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications & Experience
- 8–12 years in marketplace operations, eCommerce platforms, or BPO serving digital retail.
- Deep understanding of seller lifecycle, catalogue ops, and fulfilment ecosystems.
- Proven ability to influence large-scale outsourcing engagements (typically $5M+ ACV)
- Existing relationships with heads of seller experience, marketplace ops, or digital ops in Australia and New Zealand.
