Sydney sits at the center of enterprise outsourcing decisions for Australia’s largest retail and eCommerce organizations, and Fusion CX is building the senior commercial team to lead that conversation. We are hiring a Senior Executive – Enterprise Retail & eCommerce Sales to own new business development across Australia and New Zealand, targeting large-scale BPO engagements across contact center, seller services, and back-office operations. If you are an established BPO sales leader based in Sydney with a verified track record of closing significant enterprise outsourcing deals and a deep network across Australian retail and eCommerce at the C-suite level, this is the opportunity to define a market with the full backing of a globally credible delivery organization.

Role Summary

Drive new business development for Fusion CX in the Australian enterprise retail and e-commerce market as a Senior Executive. Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to deal closure, targeting large-scale ($5M+ ACV) BPO engagements across contact center, seller services, and back-office services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise accounts in retail and eCommerce verticals across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of $15M+ in qualified BPO opportunities as a senior executive in Enterprise Retail & eCommerce Sales
  • Lead RFP/RFI responses, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Collaborate with delivery and solutions teams to craft winning, outcome-based proposals.
  • Represent Fusion CX at industry events, forums, and C-suite roundtables.
  • Develop and sustain executive relationships across target accounts.

Responsibilities may evolve based on operational requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8–15 years in BPO/CX/outsourcing sales in the Australian market.
  • Verified track record of closing $5M+ ACV deals — references required.
  • Deep network across retail, e-commerce, logistics, or marketplace sectors.
  • Strong understanding of contact centre, seller services, and back-office BPO models.
  • Experience with outcome-based and managed service commercial structures.
