About the Role

As a Senior Executive – Business Analytics, you will work with business data, reports, and analytical information to help teams understand performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions. The role calls for strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to turn complex information into accurate, actionable insights. You will work across data and reporting requirements, supporting the validation, interpretation, and presentation of information for internal stakeholders and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business data and reports to identify trends, patterns, variances, and meaningful insights.
• Prepare, validate, and maintain accurate business reports and analytical outputs.
• Consolidate and interpret information from multiple data sources.
• Identify discrepancies, anomalies and data-quality issues and support their resolution.
• Translate analytical findings into clear and actionable business insights.
• Support the preparation of dashboards, reports and presentations for business stakeholders.
• Track relevant business performance indicators and highlight significant movements or exceptions.
• Work with internal teams to understand reporting requirements and provide accurate analytical information.
• Use data to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and business performance.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across recurring reports and analytical deliverables.
• Support data-driven decision-making by presenting findings in a clear and understandable manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver relevant analysis.

Job Requirements:

Education

• Graduation in any discipline.

Experience

• Relevant experience in Business Analytics, reporting, data analysis, or a related analytical function.
• Experience working with business data, reports, and analytical information.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to interpret data and identify meaningful trends and patterns.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with multiple data sources and validate information.
