About the Role

As a Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end bulk hiring for entry-level roles across voice, non-voice, chat, back-office, and customer service processes. This role requires strong coordination skills, the ability to manage high-volume hiring, and a proactive approach to meeting recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end bulk recruitment for entry-level BPO roles (voice, non-voice, chat, back office, customer service)
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media, employee referrals, field sourcing, and walk-in drives
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate telephonic, video, and face-to-face interviews
• Organize and participate in mass hiring drives, job fairs, and campus recruitment events
• Maintain recruitment MIS, daily trackers, and weekly hiring reports
• Ensure hiring targets are met within defined turnaround times (TATs)
• Coordinate with training and onboarding teams for smooth candidate joining
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain engagement until onboarding
• Assist in background verification and documentation processes

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Graduate (mandatory)
• Experience in bulk hiring, recruitment, or HR operations preferred
• Familiarity with hiring for BPO or customer service roles is an advantage
