Role Summary
Drive business development for Back Office and Shared Services BPO targeted at large retail and eCommerce organizations across Australia and New Zealand, covering Finance & Accounting, compliance, data operations, HR ops, and order management outsourcing.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a pipeline across F&A, data ops, HR services, and order management BPO for retail and eCommerce clients.
- Lead commercial conversations with CFOs, COOs, and shared services heads in target enterprises.
- Design and present business cases anchored to cost transformation and process efficiency gains.
- Partner with delivery leads to ensure solution viability and margin health.
- Identify outsourcing-ready processes within target accounts and build transition-ready proposals.

Qualifications & Experience
- 8–15 years in back-office BPO, shared services, or finance operations outsourcing.
- Experience selling or influencing $5M+ ACV engagements in Australia and New Zealand.

- Relationships with finance, operations, and procurement leaders in enterprise retail and eCommerce.
