Job Description – Sales Specialist

As a Sales Specialist in El Salvador, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing guest experiences and driving sales success. You will interact directly with guests via inbound and outbound calls, provide expert guidance on products and services, and deliver personalized solutions that exceed expectations.

Overview of the Sales Specialist Responsibilities at Fusion CX El Salvador:

  • Excellence: Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently and identify customers’ needs, providing solutions and alternatives while delivering exemplary customer service.
  • Sales & Upselling: Engage with customers by asking targeted questions to understand their needs and offer relevant vacation experiences, products, or services. Upsell products that enhance the guests’ overall experience and meet their hidden needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered, including reservations for dining, tours, animal interactions, park admission tickets, and annual pass products.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders or customer concerns, providing quick and effective solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Build rapport with guests and maintain a positive, proactive approach to creating memorable experiences.
  • Meet Key Performance Metrics: Consistently meet and exceed the key performance metrics set for both qualitative and quantitative goals.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with new call-handling techniques, park programs, and product offerings through regular educational sessions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work as part of a team to meet the overall objectives and contribute to the department’s success.

Job Requirements – Sales Specialist

Qualifications, Experience, and Characteristics of the Ideal Sales Specialist Candidate in El Salvador:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Sales Experience: Minimum of 6 months of sales experience, with a focus on customer engagement and upselling.
  • Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred.
