Job Description:

The core responsibilities of the English-speaking sales representative in Kosovo Fusion CX involve:

• Sales representatives are proficiently trained and officially accredited to deliver outstanding sales acumen via phone communication.
• They work with individuals in the U.S. seeking relief from tax debt owed to the IRS.
• Sales representatives conduct a series of qualifying questions to ensure customer eligibility for an investigation between the IRS and attorneys.
• They evaluate the amount of tax debt owed and the potential settlement after reaching an agreement based on customer assets.
• The role requires embodying the company’s voice and upholding love, empathy, enthusiasm, optimism, politeness, dedication, salesmanship, and professionalism in assisting customers.
• Establishing credibility and trust and fostering positive relationships with potential customers is essential.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent attendance record.
• Good English communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Capacity to work successfully both independently and on a team.
• Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute in English.
• Capability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Ability to embrace change, think creatively, and have a willingness to learn.
• Willingness to work on-site Monday to Friday.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn multiple software.
• Ability to withstand significant pressures driven by volume, pace, and challenging interactions.
• Must be confident, self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and possess the ability to multi-task.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Shift hours: Mon – Fri 9 AM PST – 6 PM PST
