About the Role

As a Sales Representative – Credit Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their financial situations, and presenting suitable credit repair solutions. You will handle both inbound and outbound interactions, guiding customers through available services and supporting them in enrolling in credit improvement programs. This role requires a consultative approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with potential clients
• Explain credit repair services and available programs clearly and professionally
• Review customer situations and identify appropriate solutions
• Convert leads into paying customers through effective sales techniques
• Build rapport and trust with clients using a consultative sales approach
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
• Follow up with leads and prospects considering enrollment
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles is an advantage
• Ability to build trust and handle customer conversations professionally
• Good persuasion, negotiation, and sales skills
• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to use CRM systems
