About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate – Outbound Lead Generation, you will conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, introduce business solutions, qualify potential opportunities, and support the client’s sales team by scheduling appointments and documenting customer interactions accurately. You will play an important role in generating quality sales opportunities while delivering a professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to a pre-approved list of prospective customers.
- Introduce and promote energy management services along with related telecommunications and IT offerings.
- Qualify leads based on client-defined criteria and updated business requirements.
- Schedule appointments or transfer qualified prospects directly to client-employed sales representatives.
- Follow evolving lead handoff processes as directed by the client to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Accurately document detailed call notes and customer information to support the sales team.
- Identify and flag customer requests to be added to internal Do Not Call (DNC) lists.
- Ensure every customer interaction is professional, clear, and aligned with client expectations.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and calling regulations.
Job Requirements:
Education
- Graduation is required.
Experience
- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales development, lead generation, or customer service is preferred.
- Experience engaging prospective customers in a business development or sales environment is an advantage.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to qualify leads and identify business opportunities.
- Confidence handling objections and engaging decision-makers professionally.
