Job Description – Sales Executive

About the Role

As a Sales Executive at Fusion CX, you will be responsible for end-to-end handling of leads and converting them into successful outcomes. You will be the primary point of contact with customers, ensuring clear information, timely updates, and a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • The primary responsibility is to work on and complete assigned leads end-to-end, manage customer expectations, and provide quick and accurate resolutions within the specified TAT.
  • Maintain a high level of compliance with the standard operating procedures defined by the line of business (LOB).
  • Maintain accurate and updated knowledge of procedures and systems.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust quickly in a short timeframe with limited supervision.
  • Ability to build rapport with stakeholders across the organization.

Job Requirements – Sales Executive

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Graduate: Freshers and candidates with 0–6 months of experience. Experience in sales or service (preferably in the automobile or BPO industry) will be advantageous.
  • Basic English and Hindi communication required
  • Effective communication with comprehensive skills, including:
    • Strong verbal and written communication
    • Active listening and problem-solving
    • Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
    • Clear and concise articulation of ideas and solutions
  • Customer centricity and strong listening skills
  • Flexibility to work in shifts with rotational offs

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: Day shift, 6 days a week with rotational offs
