Job Description – Sales Executives
About the Role
As a Sales Executive – English (Hair Coach Process), you will act as a trusted guide for individuals looking to understand and improve their hair health. You will not only handle customer calls but also play an active role in shaping their wellness journey by listening deeply, interpreting hair assessments, and guiding them toward personalized solutions. Your role bridges education, sales, and care—every conversation matters.
Your Responsibilities
- Call and connect with potential customers who have completed the hair diagnosis on the client’s website
- Understand their hair loss concerns, explain their reports, and suggest suitable treatment plans
- Answer queries related to ingredients, usage, timelines, and side effects
- Follow up regularly to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction
- Use CRM tools to log interactions, maintain follow-ups, and improve funnel efficiency
- Work closely with nutritionists, product experts, and doctors when required to assist customers
Job Requirements – Sales Executives
- Experience: 0 months to 2 years in sales in contact center environment.
- Education: Undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate in any stream.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is required.
- Location: Willingness to work from our office.
- Schedule: Availability to work 6 days a week, in fixed day shifts with rotational week-offs.
- A confident, proactive, and target-oriented personality.
