Healthcare BPO Sales Director – Florida – Fusion

Fusion CX is looking for a seasoned and enterprising Sales Director / Business Development Manager specializing in Healthcare to enhance our partner relationships in Florida. This critical role focuses on identifying new business opportunities and spearheading Fusion’s expansion by establishing new channels. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of customer experience in outsourced models, a strong background in account management, and sales acumen. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, you will be at the forefront of shaping and implementing strategic initiatives to drive Fusion CX’s growth in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute high-quality business strategies and plans that align with Fusion’s short and long-term goals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire your team to promote employee engagement and cultivate a high-performing managerial team.
  • Operations Management: Supervise all operations and business activities to ensure they yield the desired results and are in harmony with Fusion’s overall strategy and mission.
  • Investment Decision-Making: Make informed investment decisions to foster business growth and enhance profitability.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Ensure strict adherence to legal guidelines and internal policies, maintaining the company’s integrity and ethical standards.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze both financial and non-financial reports to identify areas for improvement or enhancement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate trustful relationships with key partners and stakeholders, serving as the primary liaison for important shareholders.
  • Market Insight: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the market and industry trends relevant to the company’s interests.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strategic, collaborative relationships, focusing on shared priorities and goals within a competitive landscape.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 5 years in managing customer care, call centers, business development, or back-office operations, preferably in diverse locations and within the healthcare sector.
  • Healthcare RCM Expertise: Proficiency with healthcare revenue cycle management systems or medical billing software is highly valued.
  • Global Perspective: Experience in working with global clients and collaborating with regional teams to expand and secure business.
  • Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Solid background in healthcare or the medical industry.
  • Strategic Account Management: Demonstrated ability to realign Fusion as a client partner beyond the standard BPO model.
  • Business Generation: Proactive in leveraging insights and relationships to cultivate new business avenues for Fusion.
  • Relationship Building: Proven track record of establishing positive relationships with senior executives within client organizations.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial and financial insight with the ability to make strategic decisions and negotiate effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capability to inspire and work effectively within a globally distributed team.
