Sales Director – Business Development – Healthcare – Georgia
Fusion CX seeks a dynamic and experienced Sales Director / Business Development Manager specializing in healthcare to spearhead our partner relationship efforts. This pivotal role is designed for an individual with a deep understanding of customer experience in outsourced models, robust account management, and a sales background. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, the successful candidate will drive Fusion’s growth by developing new business channels and strategic initiatives within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Development: Craft and execute high-quality business strategies and plans that align with Fusion’s short-term and long-term objectives.
- Healthcare Expertise: Manage or implement healthcare revenue cycle management systems, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of medical billing software.
- Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing managerial team to advance employee engagement and operational excellence.
- Operations Oversight: Ensure all operations and business activities are aligned with Fusion’s strategy and mission, producing desired results.
- Financial Acumen: Make strategic investment decisions to advance business growth and profitability within the Business Unit.
- Legal and Ethical Compliance: Uphold strict adherence to legal guidelines and policies, maintaining Fusion’s integrity and business ethics.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze financial and non-financial reports to identify improvement opportunities.
- Stakeholder Relations: Establish and maintain trustful relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and shareholders.
- Market Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the market and industry trends relevant to the company.
- Client Relationships: Develop strategic and commercial client relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive global partnership growth.
- Innovation: Propose and implement innovative solutions to support profitable growth, aligning with digital transformation strategies.
- Technology Savvy: Understand and leverage technologies critical to augmenting contact center capabilities, such as RPA, OCR, AI, ML, and Speech Analytics.
- Global Collaboration: Build international solid relationships, align with operational teams, and enhance service delivery through continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in customer care, call centers, business development, or back-office operations, ideally across multiple locations and in healthcare.
- Healthcare RCM Expertise: Proficiency in revenue cycle management or medical billing software.
- Global Perspective: Experience working with international clients and collaborating across regions to grow and acquire business.
- Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Solid background in healthcare or the medical industry.
- Strategic Account Management: Proven success in delivering growth through account management and strategic direction setting.
- Commercial and Financial Skills: Strong understanding of making economically sound decisions, aligning with client visions, and closing contracts.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Exceptional ability to inspire, communicate, and work collaboratively in a global, matrixed environment.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce.com is a plus.
