Job Description

Key responsibilities of the Sales Business Development Manager:

  • Previous experience in BDM SALES for the BPO (CALL CENTER) sector is mandatory for this role.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets within the assigned sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including relevant companies, regulators, and industry associations.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the outsourcing and customer service sectors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and tailor offerings to meet customer requirements.
  • Lead the negotiation and closing of sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties as a sales business development manager.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and market dynamics to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and build strong relationships.

Job Requirements

Essential qualities and qualifications required to thrive in the role of Sales Business Development Manager:

  • Proven experience as a business development manager in the BPO sector for a minimum of 1 year, and candidates with additional experience will be preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development within the BPO industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the business sectors, including industry trends, regulations, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, achieve revenue targets, and drive business growth as a sales business development manager.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, achieving common goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Information: This is a remote position based in the NALATAM region. Candidates can apply from anywhere in the US except for the states of California, New York, Florida, and Washington. No relocation expenses or sign-on bonuses are provided. Candidates must cover their own relocation costs if moving from another state.
