About the Role
As a Sales Associate for our Wireline Loyalty & Wireless Loyalty campaigns for a leading US telecom enterprise, you will manage critical customer interactions, supporting service renewals, cancellations, new connections, and migrations. You will work through various inbound and outbound communication channels—phone, SMS, email, and chat—providing prompt, professional, and effective support. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service experiences while fostering loyalty for a leading telecommunications provider.
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about customer satisfaction, relationship management, and delivering solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities of the sales associate in Fusion CX Manila:
- Handle a significant volume of inbound transactions through phone, SMS, email, and chat channels.
- Provide seamless customer support for account management activities, including renewals, cancellations, service migrations, and new service connections.
- Deliver clear, effective, and empathetic communication to address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Accurately document customer interactions and activities within the company’s web-based CRM system.
- Make outbound calls as needed to communicate with customers about service updates.

Job Requirements – Sales Associate
Candidate requirements for the role of sales associate in Manila:
- 1–2 years of call center experience in customer service, sales, or account management roles.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to multitask across multiple systems and platforms.
- CRM system experience is preferred.
- A strong background in the U.S. telecommunications industry, particularly in wireline services such as POTS, PABX, and Centrex, is a significant advantage.
- Strong customer service orientation combined with upselling and cross-selling skills.
