Job Description – Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate in Manila, you will be responsible for promoting products and services, meeting client expectations, and achieving key performance metrics. You will represent both the company and its clients at all levels of interaction and ensure the delivery of professional, high-quality service.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure their requests are forwarded appropriately.
• Collaborate with supervisors on career development opportunities and professional growth.
• Maintain professional communication in the assigned language throughout all customer interactions.
• Submit required reports as directed by account guidelines or supervisors.
