Job Description – Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate in Manila, you will be responsible for promoting products and services, meeting client expectations, and achieving key performance metrics. You will represent both the company and its clients at all levels of interaction and ensure the delivery of professional, high-quality service.

Key responsibilities of the sales associate in Manila:

• Manage customer calls to promote and facilitate the sale of products or services based on client needs.
• Assist and guide customers with in-depth knowledge of the account’s products and services.

• Present tailored solutions to customer needs and process their requests efficiently in the system.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure their requests are forwarded appropriately.
• Collaborate with supervisors on career development opportunities and professional growth.
• Maintain professional communication in the assigned language throughout all customer interactions.
• Submit required reports as directed by account guidelines or supervisors.
