Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting & Sales
    • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients across international markets
    • Target decision-makers such as purchasing managers, procurement heads, and business owners
    • Drive lead generation, qualification, and conversion through effective sales techniques
  • Client Interaction & Communication
    • Understand prospect requirements and deliver tailored value propositions
    • Maintain professional, persuasive, and brand-aligned communication
    • Handle objections and guide prospects toward successful closures
  • Sales Process & Documentation
    • Accurately record call outcomes, prospect details, and follow-up actions in CRM systems
    • Maintain consistency in pipeline tracking and reporting
  • Performance & KPI Management
    • Meet or exceed key performance indicators, including:
      • Sales conversions
      • Productivity and call handling efficiency
      • Quality assurance (QA) scores
      • Customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT/CSI)
  • Compliance & Process Adherence
    • Follow campaign guidelines, scripts, and communication standards
    • Ensure all interactions align with operational and client expectations

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of outbound sales experience in a call center or BPO environment
  • Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level required)
  • Solid understanding of sales fundamentals: prospecting, objection handling, and closing
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to quickly learn and communicate technical or product-based information
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts (weekends off)
