Job Description – Sales Agent
The Sales Agent is responsible for ensuring that performance standards are met for both the account and the organization. As a key representative of Fusion CX, you will handle customer interactions, promote products and services, and focus on meeting both sales and service goals. You will provide professional, high-quality service, maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to performance metrics. You will also be expected to interpret customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities of the Sales Agent in Fusion CX El Salvador:
- Manage customer calls to promote the products and services associated with the account.
- Facilitate the sale of products and services according to the individual needs of the client.
- Assist and guide clients by providing thorough knowledge and support related to the products and services offered.
- Communicate and interpret the needs of clients, offering professional, courteous, and quality service before, during, and after the interaction through multiple channels.
- Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of all information related to the client, including, but not limited to, account information, credit card details, and billing information.
- Adhere to specific procedures, guidelines, and policies set forth for customer interactions and communication, which may include, but are not limited to:
- Initiating calls to customers.
- Returning necessary calls.
- Providing prompt callbacks as required.
- Meet or exceed the Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) outlined by the client, including but not limited to assistance and adherence, quality assurance (QA), sales/conversion, call management times, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) or Customer Service Index (CSI).
- Interact with clients and perform tasks that aim to improve the overall customer experience, such as presenting tailored solutions based on their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring follow-ups are managed appropriately.
- Process client requests within the system, ensuring the requests are forwarded to the next process or relevant department.
- Verify and validate client files and documents to ensure the accuracy of information.
- Focus on enhancing customer participation and engagement.
- Submit required reports as established by the account or immediate supervisor.
- Collaborate with your immediate superior to identify learning opportunities, career paths, and professional growth for your development.
- Maintain a professional and courteous conversation with clients in the assigned language.

- Perform any additional functions or responsibilities as assigned by your direct supervisor or management, as necessary.

Job Requirements – Sales Agent
- Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a Call Center/BPO environment
- Language: Neutral English proficiency (90% and above), with the ability to effectively communicate and present ideas
- Experience: Sales experience is preferred. Also, experience working with a leading telecom company is required for the role.
