Regional Language-Speaking Customer Care Representative – Morocco (Remote)

Role Purpose:
Fusion CX is expanding its operations in Morocco and is seeking Irish, Icelandic, Maltese, Slovenian, Catalan, Galician, Basque, or Luxembourgish-speaking agents to support users of a global e-commerce client. This is a remote role ideal for individuals who are customer-focused and fluent in any of the languages.
Key Duties:
- Resolve queries through email, chat, and calls with high efficiency
- Deliver product and account-related assistance
- Track open cases and escalate when required
- Contribute toward achieving team KPIs and service benchmarks
Requirements:
- Fluent in any of the languages from Irish, Icelandic, Maltese, Slovenian, Catalan, Galician, Basque, or Luxembourgish.
- Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous remote support experience preferred
- Must be equipped with a stable internet connection and a home setup
