Job Description
Key Responsibilities of the Real Time Analyst (RTA) in Chennai WFM team:
- Manage call volume, daily attendance, and program break schedules to ensure optimal operations.
- Collaborate with the operations team to analyze and enhance delivery processes.
- Generate ideas for service and process improvement initiatives.
- Produce daily, biweekly, and monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with projects and other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Desired skills, qualities, and qualifications for the role of the Real Time Analyst (RTA) for the Chennai WFM team:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Demonstrated sound work ethic and professionalism.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and Word and Email.
- Experience with IEX, CMS, and Avaya systems.
- Ability to create insightful reports in Excel and forecast results effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task and focus on completing reports over extended periods.
- Previous call center experience is required; Workforce Management experience is a plus.
