Job Description:
About the Role
As a Spanish Bilingual Quality Analyst, you will help ensure exceptional customer experiences by evaluating customer interactions, monitoring quality standards, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. You will work closely with Operations and Training teams to support service excellence across customer interactions involving payments, escrow, account inquiries, and early-stage delinquency support.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping teams deliver consistent, compliant, and customer-focused service.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound customer interactions for quality, compliance, and customer experience standards.
- Conduct quality reviews using established scorecards and program guidelines.
- Identify performance trends, quality gaps, and coaching opportunities.
- Provide objective and constructive feedback to associates and leadership teams.
- Participate in calibration sessions to ensure scoring consistency and quality alignment.
- Analyze interactions related to payments, escrow, account servicing, and delinquency support.
- Prepare quality reports and highlight opportunities for performance improvement.
- Partner with Operations and Training teams to support coaching and development initiatives.
- Identify root causes behind quality concerns and recommend corrective actions.
- Meet and exceed established quality, productivity, and reporting expectations.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in Quality Assurance, Customer Experience, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Previous Quality Analyst experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
- Experience within financial services, mortgage servicing, banking, lending, collections, or related industries preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other business applications.
