About the Role
As a Quality Analyst for Seller Support, you will audit interactions across calls, chats, and emails to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established procedures. You will identify gaps, support coaching interventions, maintain quality documentation, and collaborate with operations teams to improve overall seller experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit seller interactions (calls, chats, emails) to evaluate accuracy, compliance, and process adherence.
- Share actionable feedback with advisors through structured 1:1 coaching sessions.
- Identify trends, defects, and perform root cause analysis to support performance improvement.
- Publish daily and weekly quality reports and maintain detailed error logs.
- Conduct internal and external calibrations to ensure consistency in scoring and quality standards.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance seller experience and operational consistency.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies, data privacy norms, and quality guidelines.

Job Requirements:
- Education: Graduate (any discipline).
- Experience: 1–3 years in Quality Assurance or Seller/Customer Support.
- Strong communication and analytical skills with close attention to detail.
- Good understanding of e-commerce workflows and seller support processes (preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and quality evaluation frameworks.
- Ability to work in a WFO environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
