Job Description

What you will do as a quality analyst in Fuswion CX in Bangalore:

  • Monitor and evaluate customer interactions across multiple channels to ensure process compliance and maintain high-quality communication.
  • Audit calls, chats, and transactions to assess agent performance against predefined quality benchmarks.
  • Identify gaps in customer handling, process adherence, and service delivery.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to frontline teams to improve quality scores.
  • Collaborate with Training and Operations teams to support targeted upskilling and process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain quality dashboards, generate reports, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct RCA on defects and assist in developing preventive quality strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance standards, customer privacy, and regulatory guidelines.

Job Requirements

What you will need to succeed as a quality analyst in Bangalore:

  • Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in BPO or customer support, with exposure to e-commerce processes
  • Strong understanding of QA metrics, call audit procedures, and CSAT/DSAT analysis
  • Excellent communication, feedback delivery, and documentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, reporting tools, and QA documentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple teams
  • Willingness to work from the Bangalore office
