About the Role
You will monitor, score, and evaluate content moderation outputs to ensure alignment with quality expectations. The QA role focuses on sampling reviews, identifying quality trends, providing feedback, and supporting corrective action based on emerging issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality monitoring and scoring aligned with sampling requirements.
- Improve quality-monitoring systems within the content moderation program.
- Identify issues, predict service-quality trends, and provide timely feedback.

- Support native-language content review depending on project requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Graduation
- Languages: Strong English communication skills (mandatory) and a native language proficiency preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of QA experience
