Job Summary

As a Qualification Representative in Cebu, you will play a vital role in helping customers navigate the process of securing payday loan approvals. You will engage in inbound and outbound calls, providing clear, accurate, and helpful information while fostering a professional yet friendly relationship with each customer. The role requires a dedicated, self-motivated individual who is not afraid to work in a dynamic environment. There’s no telemarketing here—this is about assisting customers who reach out to us for guidance and proactively reaching out to potential clients to offer assistance in their financial journey.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Customer Support Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service, embodying the company’s values with enthusiasm, optimism, and professionalism.
  • Clear Communication: Engage with customers confidently on inbound and outbound calls, assisting them with loan-related inquiries and ensuring they understand the process.
  • Credibility Building: Establish rapport with customers by offering personalized support and solutions to help them secure loan approval.
  • Attention to Detail: Process customer information accurately and maintain high standards of confidentiality.
  • Multi-tasking and Adaptability: Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, maintaining composure under pressure while ensuring each call is resolved efficiently.
  • Support and Growth: Continuously update your knowledge of company services and processes to better assist customers, while also embracing change and learning new skills.
  • Collaborative Work: Work effectively both as part of a team and independently, ensuring that goals and expectations are met on a consistent basis.
  • Schedule: Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication: Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain processes and handle customer concerns.
  • Call Handling: Comfortable with both inbound and outbound calls and capable of managing high call volumes.
  • Typing Speed: A minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute to ensure accurate and efficient documentation.
  • Work Ethic: Excellent attendance record and a professional approach to meeting targets and deadlines.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly and with integrity.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to embrace change and continuously learn, staying current with industry trends and company policies.
  • Team Player: Capable of working effectively in both individual and team-based settings.
  • Pressure Management: Thrive in a high-pressure environment, demonstrating resilience and focus, even during challenging interactions.

Prior Experience

  • BPO Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a customer service or BPO environment.
  • Education: At least a Senior High School (SHS) graduate.
  • Preferred Experience: Background in financial services is a plus.
