Job Description – Program Manager

About the Role

As a Program Manager at Fusion CX in San Ignacio, you will be responsible for overseeing a campaign team, ensuring all KPIs are consistently met, and driving operational excellence. This role requires strong team management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to generate and share accurate performance reports on a regular basis. You will act as the primary driver of campaign success through team motivation, process adherence, and proactive communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a large team of agents, supervisors, and support staff assigned to a specific campaign.
  • Ensure consistent achievement of all campaign-specific KPIs and performance benchmarks.
  • Run and analyze operational reports to track daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
  • Send weekly updates to leadership summarizing team progress and performance trends.
