About the Role

As a Program Manager at Fusion CX Orange Walk, you will oversee a key client campaign, ensuring consistent KPI achievement, process efficiency, and team success. You will lead operations strategy, monitor performance trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee campaign operations and ensure all performance benchmarks are consistently achieved.
  • Manage and mentor a team of supervisors, team leaders, and support staff.
  • Run and analyze reports to evaluate daily and weekly team performance.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement process improvements.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute action plans for client satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with client and company standards while ensuring accurate reporting.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications and requirements you need to thrive in the Program Manager role in Orange Walk:

  • Associate Degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.
  • Over five years of experience in BPO or call center management.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (bilingual proficiency required).
  • Prior sales experience in a call center or customer service campaigns is required.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
  • Must reside within Orange Walk Town or nearby areas.
  • Fully flexible with scheduling and operational needs.
