  • Information Confirmation: Confirm patient information such as prescriptions and biopsy results, ensuring accuracy and privacy.
  • Patient Interaction: Manage communications with patients, providing information and responding to queries with compassion and professionalism.
  • Campaign Management: Work across different marketing campaigns to reach out to interested patients and assist them in accessing the necessary services.
  • Compliance and Confidentiality: Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Requirements – Patient Engagement Specialists

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, especially in healthcare or dermatology-related fields, is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong capability to organize and prioritize multiple patient inquiries and appointments.
