Job Description – Patient Care Specialist

What You’ll Be Responsible for as a Patient Care Specialist in Pristina, Kosovo:

  • Patient Communication:
    • Respond to inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing patient inquiries regarding appointments, treatments, and clinic services.
    • Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up on treatments, or provide additional information as needed.

    • Ensuring appointments are booked accurately and efficiently to optimize clinic schedules.

  • Patient Experience:
    • Deliver a positive patient experience by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
    • Handle challenging situations or escalations with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Collaboration with the Clinic Team:

What You Need to Succeed as a Patient Care Specialist in Pristina, Kosovo:
