Job Description

The key responsibilities of the part-time Quality Analyst and Technical Support professional in Albania:

  • Establishing quality benchmarks and standards based on industry norms, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
  • Developing and implementing QA processes and procedures.
  • Participating in reviews to ensure adherence to standards and identify potential issues before they occur.
  • Presenting the quality targets and KPIs on weekly/monthly calls with the clients as a Quality Analyst.
  • Conducting regular audits of processes and procedures to ensure compliance with QA standards and continuous improvement.
  • Gathering and analyzing quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintaining detailed documentation to demonstrate compliance during audits and reviews.
  • Identifying potential risks to product quality and implementing strategies to mitigate them.

Job Requirements

The qualities of an ideal candidate for the role of Quality Analyst and Technical Support role in Albania:

  • At least one year of experience in a similar role
  • Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management Skills
  • Quality Auditing Skills
  • Excellent Attention to details
