Job Description – Paid Marketing Manager
- Proven experience as a Paid Marketing Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Experience creating, optimizing, and managing targeted email campaigns, including automation, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis to drive engagement and conversions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Consol, Google Tag Manager, or similar platforms.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing best practices, including audience targeting, segmentation, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with A/B testing and an understanding of statistical significance.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements – Paid Marketing Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Experience required – 7 to 10 years.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns.
- Certification in Google Ads or other relevant advertising platforms is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PPT for presentation and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools and concepts.
- Experience in designing marketing creatives, ad visuals, and email templates using Canva is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and their integration with paid marketing efforts.
- Experience in managing large advertising budgets.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
