Job Description – Outbound Customer Service Representative

As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Dialing outbound calls to customers regarding upgrading services and plans while addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Providing accurate information about products and services to clients.
• Meeting monthly sales targets by engaging customers and effectively communicating service benefits.
• Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Must maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through accurate data entry.
• Collaborating with team members to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by actively listening and addressing concerns.
• Participating in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Supporting office operations as needed, including administrative tasks related to client services.

Job Requirements – Outbound Customer Service Representative

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience in customer service or call center environments (preferred).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction.
• Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
• 1 to 2 years of sales experience, with a proven ability to meet targets.
• A High School Diploma or GED (required).
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
