Job Description – Outbound Customer Service Representative
As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Dialing outbound calls to customers regarding upgrading services and plans while addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Providing accurate information about products and services to clients.
- Meeting monthly sales targets by engaging customers and effectively communicating service benefits.
- Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution.
- Must maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through accurate data entry.
- Collaborating with team members to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by actively listening and addressing concerns.
- Participating in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Supporting office operations as needed, including administrative tasks related to client services.
Job Requirements – Outbound Customer Service Representative
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments (preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- 1 to 2 years of sales experience, with a proven ability to meet targets.
- A High School Diploma or GED (required).
