Key responsibilities of the Outbound Customer Service Associate role include:
- Dial outbound to customers regarding upgrading services and plans while answering all inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing accurate information regarding products and services to clients.
- Meeting sales targets monthly.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and any issues that may arise.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
