Job Description

As part of our Seller Support team, you will:

• Use your strong communication skills to deliver outstanding support to our sellers.
• Promptly and efficiently address sellers’ requests, queries, and issues, ensuring they receive accurate and helpful information.
• Engage with sellers through various communication channels, including calls, chats, and emails, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in every interaction.
• Provide sellers with the information they need in their preferred language and communication channel.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the online retail, e-commerce, and social commerce ecosystems.
• Employ Google Sheets, Forms, and other relevant tools to document seller interactions and manage data meticulously.

Job Requirements

Key qualities required for an Outbound Associate in the Seller Support team

• Proficient in English and Hindi; additional language skills are a significant advantage.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with sellers quickly are required.
• A solid understanding of e-commerce, online retail, and social commerce is essential.
• Experience with Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Google Documents is necessary to manage seller data effectively.
