About the Role
As an Operations Manager or Senior Operations Manager at Fusion CX Philippines, you will oversee business-critical functions that support large-scale sales operations for a global telecommunications campaign. You will guide teams, streamline workflows, improve KPIs, and champion a high-performance, people-first culture.
