Job Description:

We are recruiting a full-time, on-site Online Receptionist to join our team in Tirana, Albania. As part of our customer service team, you will manage inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing as an Online Receptionist in Fusion CX in Tirana:

• Answering and routing phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Manage mail distribution and ensure smooth communication flow.
• Ensuring exceptional customer service experience and providing timely responses to inquiries.
• Maintaining a positive attitude and fostering a welcoming environment.

Job Requirements:

What You’ll Need to Shine as an Online Receptionist in Tirana, Albania:

Required Qualifications:

• Exceptional customer service skills and professional telephone manners.
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a bonus but not necessary.
• A positive and customer-centric attitude.

Working Schedule

• It is a work-from-office (WFO) role.
• You will work within the designated schedule of 09:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00.
