Job Description – Occupational Health Nurse

Key Responsibilities

As an Occupational Health Nurse in Manila, your responsibilities include:

• Assess the health of employees and develop strategies to ensure maximum employee work input.
• Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.
• Administer over-the-counter medication to employees.
• Document all employee injuries and illnesses and keep this information confidential.
• Improve the health of employees through ongoing programs and health checks.
• Create monthly health reports for DOLE–OSH compliance.
• Maintain the inventory of medicines and other medical equipment required by the company.

These tasks are subject to change depending on the nature of the service of the division/department or business direction.

Job Requirements – Occupational Health Nurse

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• Graduate of BS Nursing
• Registered Nurse with an updated PRC license
• Preferably with BLS and BOS training courses
• With good communication skills, both oral and written
